Refund policy

We only accept returns on glass items that could potentially arrive broken.

You have 3-days to request a return from the time your order has been delivered. For your return to be accepted, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received and inside all original packaging or jars. You will need to provide a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

To initiate your return please email us at brixandcompanyllc@gmail.com providing your receipt copy and brief description of the return reason. Upon reviewing your request, if your item is eligible for a return we will provide you with a paid shipping label to ship the product back to us. If the item does not arrive back to us in original conditions, as stated above, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. 

Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled for up to 24 hours after being placed unless your item has already shipped and you have been sent your shipping confirmation. Email us at brixandcompanyllc@gmail.com to request an order cancellation.

Refunds

We will notify you once your item has been received and approved for a refund. If the return is approved, your original payment method will be refunded. Your bank or credit card company has to process the request and you must allow them time to process and post your refund.
